– Items are to be returned unmarked and in original packaging.

– Please note return shipping costs are not covered by Iris Footwear, and will not be included in your refund.

– Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

– To exchange for a different size, please fill out what size you’d like to exchange to on your Returns Form. Please note exchanges are subject to availability.
